Chennai, May 2025 – Kauvery Hospital Alwarpet, a leading multi-specialty healthcare provider in Tamil Nadu, successfully organized a Night Walk for Lupus Awareness at Elliot’s Beach Road, Besant Nagar, Chennai. The event, led by the Department of Rheumatology, aimed to raise awareness about lupus, a chronic autoimmune disease that affects millions worldwide.
The walk brought together patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and the general public to illuminate the journey of those living with lupus and spread hope under the night sky. The one-hour walk from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM created a powerful sense of solidarity, to show the strength of those battling this challenging condition.
